- **The KeyCap Lab** sells limited edition and custom resin keycaps, as well as standard keycaps for mechanical keyboards.

- By placing an order with us, you agree to follow our terms and conditions.

2. **Order Process**

- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion if there are issues with payment or shipping.

3. **Shipping & Delivery**

- Orders are shipped from Nellore, India.

- Delivery times typically range from **7-8 days** for Indian orders, depending on your location.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or other external factors.

 4. **Product Availability**

- We offer both **limited edition keycaps** and **regular keycaps**. Limited edition products are exclusive and may have limited stock.

- All product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.

5. **Returns & Refunds**

- **Refunds are only possible if the product is damaged during shipping**. 

- If you receive a damaged product, you must **take a video** while opening the packaging to document the condition of the item. This is required for us to process your refund or replacement request. 🎥💥

- Please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order with the video and clear photos of the damaged product to initiate the refund or exchange process.

6. **Pricing & Payment**

- All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, online wallets, and other secure payment methods.

 7. Intellectual Property 

- All designs, logos, images, and content on **The KeyCap Lab** website are the intellectual property of **The KeyCap Lab** and are protected by copyright laws.

- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any of our materials is prohibited.

 8. Limitation of Liability 

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

- In case of defective products, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

- Custom keycaps are subject to availability and are made based on customer requests. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
